- Activation/Registration: I activated my forum registration from the link in the email, and I still can't access the forums.
- Activation/Registration: I clicked on the link in my activation email, and received a message that the account couldn't be found.

I keep getting a long error message trying to access the forums.
Our forums have been overloaded since we released Virtual Villagers: The Secret City on May 14, 2008. When the forums cannot handle the load, you will often see the following error:

That error does not mean that your account has been revoked or that there is any problem with your computer. It simply means that the forum database is inaccessible. When you see that error, you will not be able to log in or use the forums. It's best to wait awhile and try again later. Depending upon the time of day that the error occurs, the forums may be down for several hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these unanticipated problems.
