I accidentally entered the wrong email address on my order. How do I fix that and obtain my game?
If you realize that you entered any incorrect information during the ordering process, you should contact us immediately by submitting our customer support form (click "No," below), so that we can correct it for you and make sure that you receive the emails associated with your purchase. When you fill out the support form, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Your full name
- The incorrect e-mail address that you used when you purchased the game
- The correct email address
- Title of the game that you purchased
- The order number you received at the time of purchase
If you purchased the game from a game site other than LDW, you will need to contact support at the site where you made your purchase for assistance with your request.
