LDW can provide assistance with activation problems only for purchases that were made directly from LDW. We will replace lost activation codes for games purchased directly from our site (through our partner, Plimus). In order to obtain a replacement activation code, you will need to complete and submit our Support Form (select the "No" response, below) and provide as much of the following information as possible: - Your name
- The title of the game that you purchased
- The date of your purchase
- Your order number
- The email address you used when you purchased the game
- State in the Message area of the form that you are requesting a replacement activation code
We use this information to look up your purchase, and the more complete and accurate the information that you supply, the faster you will be able to receive your replacement activation code. Once we verify your purchase details, we will issue a replacement activation code. You will usually receive a response to your support request within 48 hours.
