My activation code doesn't work.
There are many different places from which to obtain our games, and each distributor manages their own sales and support for the game. The activation codes issued by one distributor are not compatible with any other distributor's version of the game, so make sure that you have installed the trial version of the game from the same site where you made your purchase.
If you downloaded the trial from one site and then purchased the game from a different site, you activation code will not work. For example, if you purchased the game from LDW, but had previously downloaded the game's trial version from another site, you will need to completely uninstall that trial and then download and install the trial version from our site before your activation code will work.
LDW can provide assistance with activation problems only for purchases that were made directly from LDW (Plimus). If you purchased the game from another source, such as Big Fish Games, etc., you will need to contact that distributor's customer support for assistance. If you don't remember where you purchased your game, the best way to check is to look in the lower left corner of the game's Menu Screen. The place of purchase should be located after the game's version number. If, for some reason, the distributor is not shown there, you can determine that information by starting the game and watching the intro screens. The first screen is always ours (Created by Last Day of Work). If you purchased the game from another game site, a second screen will be displayed that identifies the game site where you purchased the game.
